Hi, Iām Andrea.
Hey, I'm Andrea! I have a lot of sewing, quilting, and knitting projects going at any given time, and for years I kept losing track of where I'd left off, what I wanted to do next, and all the little notes I needed to remember.
I tried different ways of keeping track of everything, but they either made organizing my hobbies feel like another chore or left me with scraps of paper and notes scattered everywhere. I wanted something that could hold all the messy little details of making without turning making itself into a productivity project.
So I built this for myself in Notion. I can update it from my computer, iPad, or phone, which means I always have it nearby when I'm working on a project. I can jot down what I need to remember before I put something away, or pull up my notes from last time without having to go hunting for them. If it wasn't easy enough to actually use, I wouldn't use it.
And the more I use it, the more I realize how much easier it is to sit down and actually enjoy my projects when I'm not spending half my time trying to remember where I left off last time.
Eventually, I figured if it makes my hobby time better, maybe it could do the same for someone else.
